The permanent exhibition Encounters is an exhibition of ordinary Estonian people who have lived in Estonia. We look at the everyday activities and home life of Estonians, their coping in the natural and urban environment, as well as their coping with societal norms, being under various rules, and major world-historical processes. You can see the languages, folklore, and skills of the people living here.
